botched grout job- help!

I’m not even gonna bs about this- I messed up with my grout job bad. Did not do research and caked too much on and let it dry two days ago. I’ve had some luck getting it off with elbow grease, but thought I would see if anyone could remedy this quicker than me. Ideally have it done by this weekend. I need to have it look like a good new backsplash
