Experienced maintenance person for 19 Huntington Beach residential units, part-time work 50 hours
per month, $20/hour to start, future compensation commensurate with performance. You must own a car and cell phone with Internet.
Work with owners, managers, contractors, handymen, day workers, and with renters to keep units
pleasant and functioning well.
