Handyman STILL Needed

I need a Handyman for the following activities: 1) Take out the old and install a new garbage disposal - I have the disposal. 2) Fix the thermostat or the heating element coil in a GE electric oven - oven gets warm but not hot enough to cook food. Coil on bottom of oven does not get red/white hot. I can NOT see the model # - it is all the way in the back of the stove and has worn off. 3) Come remove the algae off my siding - I have a brand new hose and 3 bottles of algae remover chemical. I THINK I have someone to install the garbage disposal but I REALLY need the oven fixed! NOTE: I am NOT seeking a lover or boyfriend etc so do NOT bother! And do NOT respond if you are NOT willing to show a Driver's License! Why should I give YOU my address if you're not willing to do the same??? Let me know what you charge please! Thanks!
