RF Tower Lead and Laborers

We cover all of Southern California regions and perform new site build and modifications. We are a company that prides our self on Safety, Quality, and Performance. We are currently looking for Full Time experienced Tower Leads and Laborers. REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS * Have 1- 3 years minimum experience. * Manage the day-to-day activities of a group of Tower Hands. * Experience installing, terminating of cable and equipment. * Proficient in Sweep test, PIM test, Fiber test, and set RETs. * Connector installation PPC, Andrew. * Antenna mounting and setting azimuth with GPS alignment tools. * Installation of RRUs, Raycap, Fiber ect. * Must work well with others. * Pay based on experience. * Ability to read blue prints, RFDS and be able to use a computer. * Proficient in various carrier specs. * Must be able to work nights and weekends, if needed. * All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
