A premier manufacturing company is currently searching for an Inventory Control/Material Handler, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, in our Ontario, CA office. Job Duties: • Inventory control of raw and imported materials. • Detailed tracking of material and certifications to adhere to LA City certified welding shop guidelines (will train). • Keep up with procedures for receiving materials, identification, tagging, and shop organization. • Loading and off-loading trucks with material. • Material handling of finished goods to fabrication and powder coating departments. Skills/Qualifications • Forklift certification preferred. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. • A positive and assertive attitude and a team player. • Must be organized, detail oriented and dependable. • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. • Able to carefully move heavy and long material between 2,000-6,000 pounds. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
