Job Description: Growing towing company looking for motivated customer service candidates who have passion for cars, being outdoors, and helping others. We provide tows as well as light services for Long Beach as well as an area in Southern Orange County. We offer stability of hours, provide all equipment, on site training, benefits, and annual bonuses. Multiple positions available in multiple locations. We are looking for candidates that have a positive attitude, detail oriented, and reliable. As a customer service based industry, it's important that drivers are polite and communicative with AAA members and dispatchers. This is an exciting industry where no two days are the same. Interviews will be held in our Lake Forest office. Must be willing to temporarily commute to Lake Forest to pick up commercial truck once hired until we secure a local office. This is a great time to join as you would be getting in on ground floor as we expand our territory. Office location will be in Long Beach area and secured very soon, after that commute to Lake Forest for the commercial truck will no longer be required. Jumpstarts/Battery Replacements Tire changes/air refill Fuel deliveries Lockouts Job Requirements: Must be 23 or older for vehicle insurance purposes Clean driving record and pass background check California Drivers License Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation to and from work Customer service experience is a plus Towing experience is a plus Knowledge of the area is a plus Multiple languages is a plus Perks: Health, vision, dental insurance Annual bonuses Battery technicians receive commissions on battery sales Gratuity from customers
