Left Method Studio in Downtown LA is offering several lockout options: Option 1: "The Early Bird" Monday - Thursday 5AM - 1PM $1200/month (128 hours in total - comes out to less than $10/hr) Perfect for the early rising producers, engineers, artists, A&Rs, and other music related professionals who need a home base. **1 spot only, will go quickly** Option 2: "Book As You Go" Book only when you need the space 50 hours/month $1000/month (comes out to $20/hr) Perfect for engineers, producers, artists, A&Rs, and other music professionals with always changing schedules. **2 spots only, will go quickly** Memberships do not include an engineer, but you will have private access to the entire space and its amenities. Membership fees at due in full at the beginning of each period of one month. All memberships are month-to-month and do not require any type of long-term commitment. You will need to sign a liability waiver and provide a copy of identification upon signing up. About the space: Left Method is a spacious and beautiful recording studio designed by the legendary Dave Hampton, with a huge creative space attached. We are located three minutes from LA Live/Staples Center in the DTLA Fashion District. Parking is easy to find before 9am and after 5pm and is free after 6pm and all day Sunday. If you are interested in fewer hours, our regular rates are $50/hr without an engineer or $75/hr with an engineer.
