Looking for band to share Puddletown practice room

Puddletown lockout space near OMSI. 10x14 room with PA. Ideally folks who would be OK playing a shared drum kit (standard, which I could provide) that stays set up. Just swapping out cymbals and whatnot. So far our band is pretty small footprint so that's a bonus. Price negotiable -- around $150/month based on use. We are responsible adults who can come up with rent -- you will too. Cheers.
