Hello! About us: We are a Portland based bluegrass band that draws inspiration from many musical backgrounds. We have been working for the last 4 years and are looking for an expert fiddle player to join us for the next chapter of our band. We have a number of local shows this fall and winter and a West Coast, Europe, and a Colorado tour planned for next year. Willing to work with someone who is committed to growing with us. About you: You are an expert level fiddle player from any background. Willing and interested to learn bluegrass fiddle idioms, if not already familiar. Regularly available for rehearsals, local residencies, shows, and able to tour 15-20 weeks/yr. Comfortable with live performance and studio recording. Not a jerk.
