Tico is 2 years old. 15 lbs. Small and fluffy white Papillion with light brown spots and perky light brown ears. Not neutered but not aggressive. Ran off with no collar and is not chipped. Last seen 10/22 near Science Park Dr and Cornell Rd. If found, please return to owner for a $5000 reward, do not keep him.
