Description

Hi do you want to play pickup baseball? We do, too, at Caldecott Field by the tunnel in Oakland every Sunday at noon. We usually have a half dozen or more and our activities are tailored to the turnout that day. With six we practice batting with live pitching and catch grounders or fly balls. With ten or more we consider a game and we stop when people leave or get tired. We have extra fielding gloves for right- and left-handed throwers. We have a bucket of balls and extra bats you can use. And it's free and always will be.
