Description
ELM Utility Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in Waco or Plano, Texas and surrounding areas. This person will perform a wide variety of routine clerical duties, including communicating with field techs, faxing documents, sending and receiving correspondences, data entry, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and arranging meetings. The Administrative Assistant will also track and manage a full vehicle fleet and equipment inventory.

Your specific duties in this role will include, but not be limited to:
• Ability to solve problems
• Excellent writing skills and computer skills including MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Experience with Excel, Pivot Tables, charts, and graphs
• Must have solid oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with administrative, management and executive personnel
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Customer service experience a plus
Specific qualifications for the position include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years previous office experience.
