We are searching for a reliable apartment maintenance technician to oversee the day-to-day running of our Rental apartment building. The apartment maintenance technician's responsibilities include cleaning communal areas, and performing ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry duties. You should also resolve tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise. Looking to hire a full time maintenance manager for our rental apartment building located in Monroe, Louisiana. Our hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Monday thru Friday. Someone being on call for emergency in any of the building. Daily responsibilities : Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment. Handles necessary repairs and maintenance. Installs equipment and appliances. Complies with all company safety regulations. Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports. Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients. Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients. Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed. Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools and plumbing tools. Education and Experience Requirements: At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing. Must have a driver’s license and own vehicle.
