Climbing Crew - Christmas Light Installation

Gig work for holiday lighting installs. Must be available 5-6 days per week. Must have climbing and/or roofing/tree experience and comfortable with all kinds of crazy heights. Must be knowledgeable working with harnesses, ropes, self belay, etc... Pay is negotiable but pay per job is preferred over hourly. Prefer to hire a "Crew" and work with crew leader to establish flat rate. From there, how ever many guys or however many hours it takes is on you. I can give past info on time range for each install. I like to be fair and pay well so that we can meet our goal of 100 installs this season. Text is best
