Need experienced automotive welder to replace window seam

I have a 1980 Volkswagon Vanagon. I've stripped the paint and need the front windshield window seam cut out and replaced. I have the prestamped replacement panel. See photos. There are various other holes and fixes to do. I can't move the van in it's current state so you'd have to come to my garage. There is ample space to work. Please send photos of automotive work you have done when replying. We can do a video call walk through or you can come out to take a look and provide a bid. Let me know how you'd like to proceed please. I'll handle the rest of the body work. I just need someone to do the welding.
