Need help with garage door opener and wire my fence shut

I need somebody to help me program my garage door opener. I have opener and ladder shouldnt take but a few minutes. Also need somebody to wire my gate shut. The wind blew it open and I need somebody to just wire it shut for the winter. I may or may not have wire to do that. I am older don't have any business being on a ladder and I also just moved and I'm not sure if I can put my hands on wire. Would like to get done today, tomorrow at the latest. $25 cash
