Handyman/Maintenance temp to perm

Handyman type person WITH EXPERIENCE wanted for temp to perm position at hotel. Duties include Preventative Maintenance prep for inspection, basic painting, staining, drywall repair, light plumbing. Ability to lift 70lbs, climb short ladders, shovel snow and ability to see detail. MUST Have a valid drivers license, own transportation, and preferably not on probation or interlock. Absolutely no drug use will be tolerated while working. Domestic violence and or registered sex offenders cannot be employed in our environment.
