Description
Hello Everyone. My name is Shannon and my dog Haisley is missing. She is a 70 lbs microchipped doberman mix with the beginning stages of DCM and needs medical attention. She just turned seven years old. She is people friendly, but has a strong prey drive for smaller animals. She is my rock. We are new to Tennessee and this is tragic that she has been gone since Monday morning with no word. I returned home on Tuesday morning at 4am after being gone for the month working the Texas State Fair. All I looked forward to was holding my dog at home and being with my Family. That is my rock. Please help me bring her home. Haisley was last seen wearing a purple harness as pictured in the middle pics in the Rebel Meadows Neighborhood across the street from Franklin High School in the Historic District off of Hillsboro Rd and Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway Her collar was not on, making this more difficult and terrible that i wasn't home to look for her immediately. She is microchipped with Home Again. She is a fighter as you can see from the last pictures and so is her mother. I rescued Haisley in May 2018 from the Humane Society of Westland Michigan right after getting off a plane. I didn't think twice about it after they locked us out of the building. MHS allowed her to turn into skin and bone under their watch after two months at the shelter. There was not much care documented on her chart except for two days worth. I took her in and rehabbed her. In actuality, she rehabbed me through toxic situations. Haisley has been with me for four years now, the longest of any dogs. My first dog Jake was hit by a truck. My second dog Buddy was sold by my parents, and my third dog Missy was stolen by her abuser after rescuing her with the owners permission. My Haisley was stolen in Ypsilanti MI by a woman seven doors down from me around the corner. She ran out the gate of my driveway, just like this situation, and I wasn't fast enough to running after her. I refuse to let her be taken from me again. This is my old lady who is going to live out her days with Mom as promised. Please spread the word and keep your eyes open for her.
