We are currently seeking a dynamic, friendly, personable, detail oriented Shift Manager to help over-see day-to-day operations. Ideal candidate is someone with experience in assisting in a soft opening. Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact, represent the culture of the company, support guests, vendors, management and staff. In addition, trouble-shooting on-site maintenance issues and Providing quality customer service and creating a welcoming client experience. Manage daily operations of store, including managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness, equipping customers with knowledge required to make informed purchases. Ordering – service supplies & equipment. Community outreach. Hiring, training and scheduling staff. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, office management and/ or operations. Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems. A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Exceptional organizing and prioritizing skills; attention to detail and multi-tasking. Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution. We are excited to hear from you!
