Letter Friend is seeking a full-time addition to the team who will serve as part of the backbone of the company – while the sales reps reel in the clients, we need someone who will get down & dirty getting things done in the mail room and around the office. While plenty of people are qualified for a mail room position, we're most interested in finding someone who is up to the challenge of working hard for a larger vision, in addition to the day-to-day nitty-gritty. Letter Friend is a startup located in Paramus, NJ. We’re an online platform that enables our customers to send physical handwritten letters to their prospects and clients. You will be responsible for basic stockroom and mailroom work – ensuring that the letters and packages we promise get out into the hands of thousands of recipients. We’re a small team, so every member is vital. We’re looking for someone dedicated to growing with us, and a great fit with our overall culture. Hours: Full Time 9:30 - 5:30 pm with 30 min paid lunch break. Pay: $15/hour Key Responsibilities: • Mailroom services • Folding, stuffing, sealing envelopes • Preparing packages • Drop-offs and pick-ups at nearby FedEx and USPS locations • Managing stockroom inventory and tracking for re-ordering and organization • Maintaining the flow of incoming & outgoing letters and shipments • Quality-checking handwritten letters Office Maintenance: • Vacuuming • Dusting/wiping shelves, desks, chairs • Small bathroom cleaning • Watering plants • Breaking down boxes and recycling • Taking care of office supplies Key Characteristics: • Punctual, reliable, and quick on your feet • Strong attention to detail • Organized • Willingness to go the extra mile • Humble and friendly • Self-disciplined • Team player • Ability to pick up 50lb • Valid driver's license There are plenty of offices looking for extra help – we’re looking for a true addition to the team.
