Help with re-home

We have a beautiful loving kitty that we will trade for a promise of a great loving home with NO cats. Our Pumpkins currently resides with 3 other cats that aren't her best of friends. They all have front claws and she doesn't. One of the cats is not behaving and we suspect it is Pumpkin. Someone is marking outside the litter box and it is becoming a problem. Pumpkin is about 12 years old and we got her in 2014. She is in good health and spirits, a bit of a personality (as all cats are huh?) So... you give us a promise and we give you a furry hunk of love.
