Need camper moved from Fern Forest to Ocean View

Aloha I am looking for someone who can move a camper from Volcano to Ocean View, in the first week of November. The camper is a large size one, like a lance 1062, but from around 2005. It has legs and fits on a long bed pickup truck. You would have to have a pickup truck set up for carrying a Walk in style truck top camper, and experience moving a big camper. (Metal bars under the truck that the camper ties down on and an electrical attachment.) Please describe your experience moving campers and let me know what truck and equipment you have.
