These Private public partnerships are not the path to government projects, they are a way for corporate America to circumvent the will of the people, look at the Kakaako development authority a public private organization, responsible for destroying hundreds of small businesses leaving vacant lots for future foreign developers to build housing the local people can’t afford! With HOAs that will bleed you financially and drown you in rules long after you’ve paid it off your property! Not to mention people living all over the state subsidizing the project through tax money! Stop looking at national politics and look what their trying to pull right under your nose! Thank you Governor Ige for looking out for the people of Hawaii ne’ this time
