Possibly Re-homing 9 m/o Black Working-Line GSD

Looking for a qualified human &/or family with a stable set-up & schedule to re-home my love puppy Rafael to. He is a pure black, working-line GSD born January 27th this year (soon turning 9 months old) Our dam, Remi Vamoz Bohemia, is a Czech import & the sire, Ali Perunnova, is from Slovakian roots who successfully earned his IGP 3 just this year. Rafa came from their 2nd breeding with a litter of 5 pups, and was the last puppy to find a home. Context — After meeting a couple families I didn’t think were a good fit, I halted my search. I decided to keep him after mistakenly thinking I’d have enough extra time to prioritize task training him to replace his mom as my mobility service animal since she’s getting older. In retrospect, this was an irresponsible decision on my part. The reason I say I’m looking for someone ‘qualified’ is because those that know the temperament of working-line shepherds understand how much time and commitment is needed to ensure they live a full & balanced life. Personality — Rafael is definitely a rambunctious one who displays alpha-male traits but overall, he is well socialized to people of all ages, responds sharply & eagerly to the commands he’s learned so far, and is very, very, very affectionate with his family and our friends. The main traits preventing us from progressing on in task-training as my brace is his verbal reactivity to other animals but I believe could easily be fintuned since he’s still in a malleable stage within his development being under a year old. He’s also very jealous for my love & plays rough like his mom does which are all very normal behaviors for this specific breed. He responds well to correction with his jealousy and roughness, although the reactivity, not so much. In cases where he is whining or barking at another animal & correction alone does not work, I will use his favorite distraction via tennis ball or good ol tug of war to divert his attention back to me. His toy drive is significantly higher than his food drive and prey drive. Last thing I want to do is re-home him but my ability to walk to progressively getting worse and I’m juggling far too much to provide him with the attention he needs without neglecting the other pressing aspects of my life. I love my animals so much and they love their life together and with us. However, I don’t think he is living up to his potential staying nor am I with the limits we’re placing on each other and I’ve learned to not let my emotions get the best of me.
