Golden retriever looking for a huge yard

Simba is was born March 14th 2017. He is a pure Red Golden Retriever. He is a great dog with no flaws and health issues. He has high energy for a tennis ball or 2, He loves kids and other dogs as well as cats. However he is not neutered but will be upon rehoming to his right home. He is currently up to date on vaccination. I will only let him go to a home with acreage)) and this is why... He was a garage dog and partial outdoor witch is a duplex. That means he never had the freedom he should have had. If we aren't home he's in the garage all day. And that’s just terrible. he is not a house dog but possibly can be. He need to sleep in a garage or a warm shed where he can freely range. He doesn't chew anything house hold only toys. Please let me know if you are the right fit. He weighs about 60 pounds. He is not huge! He will come with some of his supplies and transfer paperwork for new owner. A small rehoming fee will be necessary to prove he’s going to a caring home.
