We are currently looking to hire a part time experienced handyman ASAP for James Island, SC area. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $35.00/hour. NOTE: We are not guaranteeing any particular number of hours Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties,, install an e-lock, maid closet lock, cutting shrubs, removing small to medium branches, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. It is important that you have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
