Candidates should have the ability to work well with others and have a strong work ethic. This is a full-time year-round position. Job Description: As a Landscape Team Member during the Spring, Summer and Fall months, you will be expected to perform labor duties such as digging holes, lifting bricks & blocks, raking loam and other materials. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs. on and off throughout the workday. Skid steer and backhoe experience is a plus. Some team members will operate mowing equipment such as commercial riding and walk behind mowers, line trimmers and backpack blowers. During the Winter months you will be part of our plowing operations. During non-snow events employee’s work Monday through Friday at our shop doing a multitude of different things. During snow events employees are expected to be on call for 24 hours and ready to go on notice. We are hiring snowplow operators with experience and a good driving record. Plow operators will clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots. Candidates should be familiar with operating 1 ton plow trucks and loaders. Some employees will oversee clearing snow and ice from walkways and have a route to maintain.
