Chicago Ave, just south of Humboldt Park. The space is approx 264 sq ft (12x22), in a small building with other studios; shared bathroom, heat, electrical and solid wifi included. Studio is on ground floor. Clean, quiet, no power tools, no dust. I only need a small section of space for a desk and one blank wall, for one/two days per week. Am interested in studiomate willing to coordinate schedules, respecting focused worktime for each of us. I do mostly writing and video work with a focus on how relations of power and domination are inscribed in landscapes. (interests include racial capitalism, settler colonization, abolition and ecology). Was sharing the space with a friend who is looking to move out. We would have to sign a new, one-year lease. The pics show the space as is, has not been cleaned out yet.
