The Gutterman Services service technician works in the field performing various services including power washing, gutter cleaning, and some minor maintenance. As such, this superhero should be skilled at using hand and power tools. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong attention to detail and a positive attitude, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve. It’s mission-critical that our service installation technicians always work with a partner so friendly nature is also a must! Job Responsibilities  Service and repair gutter systems, trim, siding, or other exterior areas of the home as specified  Complete power washing to exterior surfaces of a home residential or commercial structure  Perform other maintenance and repairs as needed  Identify and document opportunities for property improvement; Complete the “Needs more work” checklist and report findings to the production coordinator  Issue daily report of any workplace accidents  Safely carry, ascend, and descend a ladder frequently, up to 48’ feet  Follow OSHA regulations  Wear company-provided safety equipment on every job site Who We Are Gutterman Services is an award-winning, family-owned, and operated company that provides home exterior services to commercial and residential property owners in the DC area.
