Need Flashing For Exterior Bottom of Shed

This is a project for two sides of my outdoor shed. I need to deflect water on the bottom of my exterior siding where the siding meets the patio. I included two photos to give you an idea of what the area looks like. I’m open to suggestions in terms of what needs to be done (i.e. flashing, a piece of trim/trex wood). Must have experience with siding.
