Barn cat mouser/ loyal companion looking for a home

Looking for a home for our tomboy cat. He was a rescue and had a rough upbringing but he is a very loving cat. We moved in March and he is not adjusting to being inside in our new home, and letting him go outside is not an option because we live on a busy street. He would make an excellent barn cat or a loyal companion to someone with no other cats. He gets along but being confined indoors makes him moody with other cats; he needs his space. He is a tux (black and white), neutered, green eyes, all shots up to date, dental done last month, and is on Revolution Plus flea control. He is also on the Banfield Wellness Plan which I will pay for the next 6 months so he has proper vet care to start. I will also pay for 6 months of food and anything else he needs.
