Thank you for your interest in a vendor space at our event. We are thrilled to have you! Please complete the registration form and check out with payment at the end. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions. Upon registration and payment for the vendor space, it is implied and understood that you have read, and agree in full, to the contract in its entirety. You will need to bring your own table. The ones at the hotel are not functional for vendors.If you need TWO spaces, the second space is an additional $35.00. Please indicate that by choosing the additional space option as well.If you need electricity, please indicate that by choosing the electrity ticket. There is an additional fee of $5.00. There are limited spaces by electricity.Each vendor will be required to create a product display of their available items. Each vendor can promote recruiting and bookings (if applicable). Vendors may have individual raffles/giveaways at their tables. Flyers, catalogs, order forms, etc. are also encouraged.Each vendor must be FULLY COMPLETE WITH SET UP at least 15 minutes prior to the doors open. It is encouraged that set up is complete 30 minutes prior to allow time for vendors to visit/shop with each other. Doors will open at 9:00am. SET UP can begin as early as 7:00am.There MAY be more than one vendor from a similar industry as this is not a contract of exclusivity. The likelihood is low, however not impossible. This will be limited as much as possible and is the sole discretion of the MHC Events Coordinator. Example: more than one handmade jewelry vendor, more than one skin care/body care vendor.Vendors are not allowed to begin packing up their display until the ACTUAL end of the event (2:30pm) unless advised by the MHC Event Coordinator that it is ok to begin earlier. Though the event will end at 2pm, attendees will be allowed to shop for an additional 30 minutes. Each vendor is responsible for delivery of products that have been ordered at the event. It is recommended that an adequate supply of cash and carry items are on hand.Vendor registration INCLUDES your attendance at the event/program and the brunch. REFUND POLICY: 21+ days prior to event – 100%14-20 days prior to event – 50%13 days or less to event – NO REFUNDLooking forward to seeing you all there! Metro Harvest Sisters!
