Not having the right tools for the job may complicate the ability to solve problems or prevent you from solving them at all.
Tactical Communication is a tool that every community needs, including law enforcement, educational and healthcare professionals, as well as community and business leaders.
Day 1 is for law enforcement and first responders. Day 2 is for professionals in education, healthcare, community, business leaders, etc. We are exposed to and required to participate in hundreds of interactions every day where communication occurs. How confident are you in these daily interactions that you have an absolutely clear understanding of the messages being communicated by others?
