In this workshop we will explore a combination of gentle movement and meditation. Take time to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your heart. Ask yourself, how can you bring more gratitude and peace into your life?
We will begin with a gentle Vinyasa flow. The yoga teacher will offer several options for each pose ranging from beginner to advanced, making this workshop suitable for beginner yogis as well as experienced yogis. Following the physical pratice, we will settle down and relax each part of the body through guided Yoga Nidra meditation and sound healing. Every yogi will recieve a small gift to take home.
