The Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) will welcome Amy Zengotita, Parks & Recreation Director for the City of South Daytona as the guest speaker at their November professional development luncheon. This meeting will be held on Thursday, November 17 at 11:30 a.m. in the Dennis McGee Room at the Daytona Beach International Airport. As the Parks & Recreation Director, Zengotita manages Communications for the city and specializes in social media, and will speak on the topic, “All About Algorithms: How to Enhance Your Organization’s Social Media Presence.” Zengotita has also presented for the past several years at the FRPA (Florida Recreation & Park Association) Conference and in 2019, she was recognized by the Daytona Beach News-Journal as an outstanding young professional in their 40 under 40. Register by noon on November 14 at fpravf.org. Lunch is included in the cost of $30 for members, $40 for non-members, and $15 for students. Walk-ins are accepted for a $5 additional surcharge.
