Description

The Cornerstone of R.A.D. Systems, this course has its foundations in self defense education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. All classes must be attended to complete the program. Dates of the class are: January 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 23rd from 530pm-830pm. Classes will be held at the Portland Police Department located at 109 Middle St in Portland, ME. ID is required to enter the building.
