Join us for a one hour guided meditation and soundbath. We provide everything for your comfort. We will start with a brief mindfulness meditation followed by a soundbath with quartz singing bowls and himalayan singing bowls. Our space is minimal and comfortable. We welcome all ages, races, creeds, non creeds, genders, and belief systems. If you are experiencing anxiety or depression, this could help. Be in the company of others in contemplation and relaxation. Free Parking is available in the lot next to the Murray Hill Building. When you are facing the building, the parking lot is to the left. You can also park on Murray Hill Road for free right in front of the building. Entrance to the building is to the left (doors closest to parking lot). Come up to the second floor.
