Speaker: Randy Campbell We have conditioned our civilian populations for decades to simply call 911 during an emergency - and someone will solve our problem for us. Lessons learned nationally, and in Virginia, over the past decade have shown us the value of instructing our civilians in basic preparedness, resiliency, and mindset principles, to aid in the mitigation of emergencies. This course will introduce the audience to a wide range of concepts which can assist them in building a foundation of individual and collective preparedness within their personal and professional lives.
