Linda Malias Passaro is a transformational coach who helps clients find joy in life after shifts in nutrition, weight loss, and mindset. Linda is certified by OPTAVIA in partnership with the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE) & M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University.
Working with clients and a coaching team, Linda’s mission is to motivate her community to focus on holistic health.

INTRO TO CORE - Set to great music, Core is a sequence of challenging exercises that will improve flexibility, strengthen the abdominal and back muscles and sculpt the thigh, seat, and arm muscles. It is a core-focused, total-body workout. This class offers all the proven benefits of Pilates while also increasing stamina through an athletic and high-energy routine.
