Steve Glovsky is a retired tax lawyer turned travel writer and tourist of history. Discovering the Henry Knox Trail marker near his home in Wayland has turned into a fascinating tourist experience and a revelation of both history and the nature of history. Sudbury was on the direct route that Henry Knox could have taken to bring cannon from Fort Ticonderoga in New York to General George Washington holding the British under siege in Boston during the winter of 1775-1776. Sudbury needs its own marker on the Trail. Come and hear why. Due to space limitations in the History Center and Museum in-person tickets are limited. The presentation will also be streamed via zoom, with a video recording sent out to all attendees afterward for anyone who wants to watch it again, or who may have missed it live.
