There is something magical about visiting the Bidwell House Museum in the early evening when the rooms are filled with flickering candlelight and the twilight is visible through the abundant south facing windows. This November, we are delighted to offer our members and friends a unique opportunity to take a special Candlelight Tour of the Museum. We are offering two of these tours: on Friday – November 11th and on Thursday – November 17th, both beginning at 4 p.m. Each tour will take approximately 75 minutes. Led by local antiques experts, Sam Herrup (November 11) and Charlie Flint (November 17), these tours will focus on the furniture and decorative arts, with each tour providing a fresh look at the house and the Museum's collection. And at the conclusion of each tour, you will be invited to an intimate wine and cheese reception, where you can mix and mingle, and ask questions of your tour guide.
