Love and Lament: An Expressive Writing Workshop

With all we have been through, do you long for a place to create and heal? Together we will share poetry and artwork as we explore the tension between beauty and brokenness to find hope in sorrow. This workshop is open to participants aged 12 and older. ALL artists regardless of skill level are welcome! Materials will be provided. In this 90 minute session we will: - Gather and ground ourselves in gratitude (through breathwork and appreciation exercise) - Be guided with a writing prompt and/or artful response - Be invited to share our works about love and lament - Care for each other by holding space and reflecting together
