Looking for large dog , for new large fenced in yard

Moving into a new house with a large yard would like a large dog for my frenchie and poodle to play with. Not tryna spend more than 250$ I am a vet assistant at bansfield and I work at pets mart work. He/She will be very well taking care of probaly best could be. Does not have to be pure bred but the mix must be a large breed. Cane Corso Great Dane, Rottweiler, Xl Pitbull, Mastiff
