The Cuddle Revolution is back! Our friends, Coaches Pj and Pepper Joy, from the Inside Out Experience, will be hosting this event in the Blu Room event center. Located behind Michael Thomas Coffee across from the deck. There will be snacks and refreshments, feel free to contribute. There will be a one hour class on consent and autonomy. If you have not attended cuddles before, this is a requirement of the space. Please do not be late! Learn how to say and accept "NO" and "YES" in a safe space with mental health and wellness experts to support you. You are NOT required to cuddle or participate in any way that doesn't feel safe to you (beyond the class during the first hour). You are allowed to leave at any time. There will be a waiver to sign at the door to manage expectations and safety of the space. No covid tests or vaccines required. You are welcome to wear a mask if it feels right to you. Wear fresh sweats, pj's or comfy clothes to snuggle and relax in. Bathe heavily and keep the perfumes/colognes light. Stuffed animals are welcome. Please keep your pets at home. Service animals must remain on leash and beside their handlers for the entirety of the cuddle. Mostly, come enjoy a few hours of communal mind, body and soul work through touch and/or sharing.
