In this Scripture-based workshop, couples will learn what God has to say about money and marriage, how to communicate about money in a way that can help them grow closer together, how to budget, eliminate debt, save for the future and answer the call for all married couples — to be witnesses of God's abundant love. In addition to learning how to manage finances, we need to understand that success with money is about more than just the numbers. Money is deeply spiritual, and we need to get our hearts right — which means aligning them with God's plan for our finances — if we want to have true joy, success and abundance. In this daylong workshop, couples will learn: What Scripture says about how to relate to money and how it should be managed.How to find common ground on finances and stop the money fights.How to maximize income to reach goals more quickly.Their money personalities and how these impact financial goals.How to make a budget — and stick to it!How to kick debt to the curb.How to save for their dreams for the future.The workshop will be held November 19, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at St. Mary's Banquet Hall, 2002 Davidson Place, Whiting, IN, 46394. Free parking available. Doors open at 8 a.m. The workshop starts at 9 a.m. The cost is $150 per couple and includes breakfast, lunch, course materials and a one-on-one post-workshop financial coaching session.
