Their performances straddle all three of the genres encompassing musical styles made popular by many HammondB3 organ based jazz bands, and the swingin’ blues guitar of T-Bone Walker & Gatemouth Brown. Their interpretations of music from Booker T & The MGs, Jimmy McGriff, Charles Earland, Jack McDuff, Gatemouth Brown, The Meters, Herbie Hancock, Ray Charles and many more will have you digging’ the tunes familiar to you and wanting to search out the ones you may not have heard. The core members are Ronnie “The Mensch” Rauso on guitar, David Sang “The Gentlemans Drummer “ on drums, and WBGO Allstar Dan Kostelnik on Hammond organ. These guys have been tearing up the tri-state area in various well known Jazz & Blues bands for over 25 years and now have come together to honor these very popular traditions.
