The CSTAG train-the-trainer program is intended to prepare school-based staff to conduct one-day CSTAG workshops for school teams. This workshop covers the foundations of school threat assessment (Level 1) and the practical application of the CSTAG model in case exercises (Level 2). Trainers should think of themselves as coaches who have a sustained commitment to helping their teams function at a high level. After conducting the workshop, CSTAG trainer-coaches help teams to implement CSTAG, consult on challenging cases, and evaluate the overall effectiveness and fidelity of the program in each school. Please join us for the 3 day event to become a designated CSTAG Trainer! Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day of the event. Attendance is required for all three days of the event in order to receive this designation. REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO ATTENDANCE: 1. Signed UHWO Acknowledgment Form 2. Signed CSTAG Agreement 3.
