Looking for experts to install 3-tier concrete water fountain

I need an experienced team of experts to install a precast, 3-tier (60 inches high and weighing 600-700 lbs), concrete water fountain in front yard of home in new subdivision "Sanctuary by the Lake" on Hwy 17 just south of Lake Alfred city limit. It takes 3-4 men to lift the fountain sections currently stored in the home garage. Earth base preparation with underground wiring addition from house to fountain plus irrigation water piping changes are necessary. This is a specialty job not for just an ordinary landscape contractor.
