Purchased an older home that needs some repairs.
Home is in Marion
Putting all the help I need on this post - Doesn't have to be the same person.
Need someone with repairing plaster crack experience
Subfloor improvement and vapor barrier installation
Someone experienced with sanding and refinishing floors.
Will also need an electrician to rewire home without tearing down the walls.
(Existing Knob and Tube with partial romex improvements) Good attic space.
Will need roof.
Please only experienced and reasonably priced inquire.
I don't mind waiting until I find the right person or persons.
