Living Your Best Life as a Dementia Caregiver
Caring for a person living with Alzheimer's disease and/or related dementia might be one of the most challenging tasks that family members face over a duration of 6-8 years. Without receiving the right type of education, strategies, and support needed, caregivers are at risk for health issues, added stress and even premature death. When proactive steps are taken, caregivers can find meaning in their role and build a life of purpose.
